32 Wyndham Road

Originally designed to be a cantilever timber wall, it was found to be out of budget by the time we had priced the project, 40 timber poles all drilled 3-4m in depth was going to take a crazy amount of time, plus the concrete having to be done in separate pours as we couldn’t leave holes open for too long due to the risk of collapse lead to us proposing the idea to the head engineers of pile driving steel ibeams.

By switching to 200Uc steel beams we were able to save the client just over $100,000.00 on the total cost of the project.
